Our main principle is a direct contact with clients, therefore accepting a legal case is usually included within the legal aid. In special cases it is possible to carry out a legal case via e-mail or telephone.
The cost of legal aid is 150 PLN. If subsequently the case is transferred to our legal practice the legal aid is free of charge.

In case of a legal cooperation based on a standing order principle it is possible to accept the following means of payment:

Remuneration per hour – all lawyer activity is registered, specifying the case and time devoted to it. Monthly remuneration is calculated as a multiplication of hours devoted to the case and the established fee per hour.
Lump sum remuneration, it is specified within the agreement with the customer, including the available number of hours that is to be devoted to the case. If we are to receive further task exceeding the allocated number of hours the remuneration will be calculated on the basis of the previously acknowledged rate.


In particular cases (difficult or unorthodox cases) or in case of a difficult material situation of the customer, it is possible to agree upon a percentage fee (success fee) or previously agreed lump sum.
